Key Responsibilities

• Keep your Strategic Planning edge sharp as the KS market shifts
• Hold Salina vendors to the standard we promised our users
• Resolve customer concerns with patience and a focus on outcomes
• Respond to internal and external requests in a timely, professional manner
• Make the deeply technical call when the data points two different directions

• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal oversight
• Willingness to commute to Salina, KS or work flexibly as needed
• Comfort being measured against a clear mid-level bar
• The diplomacy to align stakeholders who don't agree yet
• Equal parts Analytical Thinking depth and Stress Management curiosity

The forever-learning team behind InnovateSphere chose Salina on purpose, betting that great general work doesn't need a coastal zip code. Collaboration over heroics is our default, and we'd rather win as a group than burn anyone out.
