We offer competitive pay and a great benefits package.**What You'll Do:**Perform multiple roles in a manufacturing facility including operating mixing systems, packaging equipment, and/or block production equipment, depending on the assigned facility. Work with a production team to ensure quality and productivity goals are met or exceeded.**Essential Duties & Responsibilities:*** Operate all machinery including dryers/curing equipment, mixing/production systems, and other production equipment of block, bagged goods, or other packaged goods related to the assigned production facility.* Able to set up machines, perform changeovers, align tooling/guides/stops, assemble, and maintain molds, and adjust other production machinery, as required by the production schedule.* Perform minor routine and preventative maintenance of equipment. Request necessary parts to ensure proper repairs are made.* Assist maintenance personnel with repairs, as needed. Assist in reviews of inventory levels and completion of inventory forms for ordering raw materials or adjusting inventory.* Measure and maintain quality and accurate weights of goods on the production line.
