Job Title: Machine Operator – 2nd Shift

Location: St. Charles, MO

Natoli Engineering is seeking motivated individuals for the Machine Operator position. We offer continuous training and opportunities for growth in the manufacturing industry. Candidates should be willing to work overtime and develop their skills across various machines.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment before starting shifts or jobs
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Review work order instructions
• Log into and out of the barcode system for each order
• Operate manual machines as needed
• Inspect parts using inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.)

Required Skills and Attributes

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Willing to be trained on various machines based on workload
• Ability to read blueprints is preferred
• Perform basic shop math

Education and Experience

• Previous shop experience is preferred but not required
