Amcor is currently searching for individuals to join our Russellville production plant!

Role Overview

To provide support in the areas of machine operation, quality assurance, rework, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning. You will be operating as a thermoforming operator - making TV dinners, lasagna, and meat trays!

Shift Available

2-2-3 12-hour Straight Nights, 7:30 PM - 7:30 AM

Every other weekend off!

Starting Pay

$21.00 - $23.58/hour with a $0.50 night premium

Responsibilities

• Act as a safety leader and prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Report all injuries, near misses, or property damage by the end of the incident day.
• Operate machines including startups, shutdowns, and setups.
• Scan inputs and outputs to the line and other locations.
• Verify specifications, labels, and materials match.
• Communicate defects found during inspection and replace with good products.
• Maintain cleanliness of the facility by sweeping, mopping, wiping down equipment, carts, and tooling.
• Participate in Quality Improvement projects and Continuous Improvement efforts.
• Coordinate with packers to ensure proper sleeve count and packing procedures.
• Follow all safety, security, and job-specific procedures and attend monthly training.
• Promote a safety culture by communicating concerns and risks.
• Follow job procedures to meet or exceed quality standards.
• Operate lift trucks if trained, adhering to policies.
