Our equipment is capable of producing highly complex semiconductor parts, enabling next level efficiencies in electronics manufacturing.

We hire for attitude over experience as we love to train great people and offer them a real opportunity to learn, develop and progress – in fact many of our senior colleagues started as Machine Operators.

If you’re successful, you will work 12-hour shifts, 13-14 days over a 4-week rotation, on either a day or a night shift. Due to this pattern you get 7 days straight off once a month – this is in addition to vacation and PTO. We offer a climate controlled and clean environment for a comfortable working day. Your day-to-day would involve:

1. Operating multi-axis CNC machine tools.
2. Inspection of completed operations using CMM's, optical vision systems, and manual gauges & tooling.
3. Changing consumables such as electrodes and tooling.
4. Complete daily preventive maintenance checks.
5. Assist in the development of new product introduction programs.

Requirements

If you are a US or existing Green Card holder, a high school graduate or have a GED and have basic computer literacy and an ability to meet minimum OSHA lifting guidelines, please apply today.
