Job summary

Super Radiator Coils in Richmond, VA is seeking mechanically minded equipment operators to join a growing production team. You will operate metal forming equipment, read blueprints, set up tooling, and support safety and quality improvements in a fast-paced facility expansion.

Qualifications

• Successful experience working with mechanical equipment.
• Proven mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to use measuring devices (calipers, tape measures, etc.).
• Ability to do addition, subtraction, multiplication and division in both fractions and decimals.
• Team player interested in improving the overall performance of the equipment and the team.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate metal working equipment to produce quality parts in a fast-paced environment.
• Use blueprints and router information to set up tooling and machines.
• Perform daily preventive maintenance tasks.
• As an active team member, participate in continuous improvement activities to improve safety, quality, productivity and tooling life.
