Machine Operators needed ASAP!!!

Requirements:

• Setting up, operating, and tending to various woodworking machines, including CNC equipment, to produce wood pellets.
• Ensuring products meet established quality standards and making necessary adjustments to maintain those standards.
• Identifying and resolving machine malfunctions or performance issues to minimize downtime.
• Performing routine maintenance tasks on machines to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
• Adhering to safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Recording operational data and documenting any issues or malfunctions.
• Loading materials onto machinery and ensuring the availability of materials for production
• Production lines are fully automated so operators will be expected to monitor the machine and intervene if issues arise.

Pay rate =$18/hr
Shift =6pm-6am
Located in Reform, AL

Employees will train on days before transitioning to standard shift.
While the shift hours will not rotate, off days will.
