Job summary

CERATIZIT Sacramento LLC in Rancho Cordova, CA, is looking for a dedicated CNC Machine Operator to manufacture tungsten carbide high performance cutting tools. You will operate a CNC grinding machine, follow technical prints, and prioritize production to meet schedule while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

The role is full-time and on-site, requiring the ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a collaborative team. This position supports a stable, globally integrated operation.

Qualifications

• Must pay attention to detail and accurately follow instructions.
• Experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
• Strong math skills are required.

CNC Machine Operator

FULL-TIME | Rancho Cordova, CA (On-site)

Your tasks:

• Manufacturing Tungsten Carbide High Performance Cutting Tools according to technical print
• Operating a CNC grinding machine (no G-Code knowledge necessary)
• Prioritizing work according to schedule
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workplace

Your profile:

• Must be able to pay attention to detail and accurately follow instructions
• Experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift
• Take responsibility and be accountable for work done
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
• Math skills are a must
