Job summary

Carolina-Container-A-Division-of-New-Indy is seeking a reliable Machine Operator to set up and run production equipment in our Virginia plant. You will monitor material flow, adjust controls, and ensure adherence to customer specifications and safety rules.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 18+ years old. Prior machine operation experience is preferred; candidates should read blueprints and production schematics, work order instructions, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

• Machine Operator experience preferred; strong knowledge of machines in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions including reading a tape measure, blueprints, production schematics.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

SUMMARY: This position will be responsible for all set up and operation of machines in designated department.
