Forte Opening Solutions is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator for the night shift in the United States. You will join a production team, interpreting schematics and assembling products using hand and power tools, while maintaining high safety standards.

You will follow job orders, gather materials, perform basic repairs, and support teammates through clear communication. Physical work includes lifting up to 60 lbs, with occasional 100 lb pushes/pulls; pre-employment checks are required.

Formación

• One year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Highschool diploma or GED required.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Are you a hands‑on builder with an eye for detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship?

Forte Opening Solutions is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our night-shift production team in the United States. In this role, you will play an integral part in the production process, transforming schematics and raw materials into finished, high-standard products. Working alongside a collaborative crew from Monday night to Friday morning (7:00 PM to 5:00 AM), you will handle hand and power tools, ensure rigorous safety compliance, and take direct pride in building essential solutions from the ground up.

Payrate and Shift

Pay: $22.00/h, plus $2.00 shift differential Monday night to Friday morning 7pm to 5:00am

General Duties

Follow job orders and schematics.

Gather materials based on schematics.

Craft and make basic repairs with various hand tools (I.E tape measure and various power tools).

Perform safety checks and assessments on product and materials.

Support other team members through collaboration and clear and concise communication skills.

Work safely, wear PPE and follow safety procedures.

Day-to-day direction provided by supervisor.

Physical Requirements

Work with products up to 60lbs throughout the day.

Occasionally pushing/pulling 100lbs.

Be comfortable with kneeling, squatting, stooping, twisting and sitting throughout the day.

Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications

One year of manufacturing experience.

Highschool diploma or GED.

Willingness to learn.
