Advantage Label & Packaging, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator I in Mifflintown, PA to set up and operate production equipment following established procedures. You will ensure a clean, safe work area and maintain production records.

The role requires at least 6 months of manufacturing experience; a high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required, and basic math skills are a plus. This is a full-time, on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

• Maintain production records and comply with standards.
• Follow safety and quality procedures and participate in CI programs.
