Job summary

Chicago Tube and Iron Company in Owatonna, MN, is seeking a Machine Operator to support the shift supervisor in the efficient processing of customer orders.

You will operate a standup forklift and overhead crane to move material, inspect cut parts with calipers and micrometers, and maintain safe, efficient production conditions. You will also place material in staging areas and communicate with machinists.

Qualifications

• A high school education is required; technical training is preferred.
• A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Overhead crane operator.
• Must know how to use caliper, micrometer, square, protractor, and tape measure.

Responsibilities
