Machine Operator

We are a small, collaborative team experiencing rapid growth and are looking for a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to support our daily operations. In this role, you will receive hands-on training to operate specialized nail collating and de-collating equipment. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a dynamic company and become an integral part of our production team.

Benefits & Perks:

• Pay: $19/hr
• Schedule: Training Mon-Wed 7:30-4. Once training is completed, Mon-Fri 7:30-4

What You’ll Do:

• Operate the collator and de-collator machines
• Communicate with the team regarding machine health and maintenance needs (you will not perform maintenance yourself)
• Meet or exceed expected daily and/or weekly production numbers
• Label, box, stack cases, and rotate pallets into appropriate locations
• Maintain a clean work environment
