Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Machine Operator to join our Ogden, Utah manufacturing team onsite. You will work in a lean environment, support daily production goals, and report to the Team Manager.

This role offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus, an $25.54 starting hourly wage, comprehensive benefits, a 4x4 schedule (11-hour days), and opportunities for growth and training including education reimbursement.

Competenze

• Experience in manufacturing, construction, technical labor, or military work is preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Wears PPE and can work with hazardous chemicals; must be clean shaven.

About the role:

As a Machine Operator, you will work in a Lean Manufacturing environment, contribute to team success, and help achieve daily production goals for your assigned group.

$2500 Sign-on Bonus for Machine Operators!

You will report to the Team Manager of an area and be located at Ogden, UT. You will support this role 100% onsite.

Qualifications:

• Highschool diploma or GED required
• Previous manufacturing, construction, technical labor, or military experience.
• Wear required PPE (respirators, goggles, etc.) and be able to work with hazardous chemicals, must be clean shaven every day.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs.
• Will work a 4x4 shift, which consists of four 11-hour days on and four days off. This schedule averages 38.5 hours per week. Additionally, the ability to work rotating days and nights or days/nights non-rotating is required.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
