Job Description

A Michigan-based company with a facility near Novi, MI, is currently seeking Machine Operators for long-term opportunities with their growing team. These are exciting opportunities for Machine Operators and General Laborers looking for a company that offers great benefits, career growth, development, and competitive rates.

Machine Operators will be working full-time, with rates anticipated to be between $15.00 - $20.00/hour, with overtime pay available over 40 hours, based on each candidate’s experience and education. Qualified candidates will possess most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:

• 2+ years of recent/relevant experience in a manufacturing or production facility
• Able to demonstrate a good work history
• Good working knowledge of industrial electrical control systems
• Able to stand and complete physical duties as required
• Willing to assist with building maintenance, general labor, or other machines during slow production periods
• Must be able to work in the United States (no H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered)
• Complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, references, etc.
