Job summary

Catawba Valley Staffing - Marion Area is seeking reliable Machine Operators to join our production team in western NC. We offer 8-hour day shifts, 12-hour day shifts, and 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include operating and monitoring equipment, maintaining quality and safety, performing routine checks, and completing production documentation. Training and advancement opportunities are available; benefits after hire.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to work 8 or 12-hour shifts, including weekends as scheduled.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
