Job summary

USPRO in Nevada is hiring a Machine Operator 1 to monitor a single production process and ensure high quality output while following machine standards.

Starting wage is $22/hour with potential to go up to $26.37/hour DOE. The role requires troubleshooting, attention to detail, and strong English communication within a safety‑mocused team environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma / GED, required
• Preferred: 1+ years as a Machine Operator
• Experience in manufacturing is preferred

Responsibilities

• Operates the winder, grinder or hopper or loads the boring machine as directed.
• Maintains understanding of raw materials and appropriate manufacturing location.
• Monitors machine operations and observes lights and gauges for malfunctions.
• Checks the quality of products.
• Examines, measures, and weighs materials or products.
• Informs shift supervisor about quality problems, equipment issues and safety concerns.
• Any other duties the Company may assign as needed.

Schedule: Rotating 12 hour Shift Schedule including Days, Nights, and Weekends

Starting Wage: $22/HR (Up to $26.37/HR DOE)

Job Summary: The Machine Operator 1 is responsible for monitoring one specific process in production to be sure that high quality products are being made and proper machine standards are being followed.

Responsibilities:

• Operates the winder, grinder or hopper or takes product from conveyor and loads the boring machine as directed.
• Maintains an understanding of the different types of raw materials and the appropriate manufacturing location where they should be utilized.
• Monitors machine operations and observe lights and gauges to detect malfunctions.
• Checks the quality of products.
• Examines, measures, and weighs materials or products.
• Informs the shift supervisor about product quality problems, equipment problems and safety concerns.
• Any other duties that the Company in its sole discretion may assign as needed.
