Join our team as a Machine Operator!

Shifts available:

• 1st shift: 7am to 3pm
• 2nd shift: 3pm to 11pm
• 3rd shift: 11pm to 7am

The Machine Operator is responsible for working on the manufacturing shop floor to ensure CNC machines operate at maximum efficiency. The position involves running multiple parts following standard operating and quality procedures, creating quality parts in a timely and safe manner.

What you will do

• Perform CNC machining tasks such as milling, finishing, and material handling.
• Operate CNC machines by loading and unloading materials and finished parts.
• Transport and coordinate jobs throughout the manufacturing process.
• Read production paperwork, load programs, change tools, set tools, and adjust offsets as needed.
• Maintain milling machines by cleaning debris, replenishing coolant, and maintaining lubrication.
• Understand blueprint reading and geometric tolerances related to finished parts.
• Perform part inspections and make quality decisions.
• Ensure timely job completion for on-time delivery.
• Follow all quality and safety standards.
• Escalate issues appropriately and seek continuous improvement.
• Maintain a neat and organized work area.
• Work safely according to company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What it takes

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 0-1 years of manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of CNC manufacturing or related education
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, SolidWorks, CAD/CAM software
• Ability to use measuring instruments
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to interpret data and blueprints
• Attention to detail and good communication skills
• Effective time management and teamwork skills
• Commitment to continuous learning and customer service

Bonus experience

• Previous CNC manufacturing experience
