Job summary

Mint Hill Cabinets seeks a detail-oriented Machine Operator to run CNC router, CNC saw, edge bander, and dowel machine. You will read drawings and set up equipment to build custom cabinets for kitchens and baths in the Charlotte area, while maintaining equipment integrity and safety.

Team fit and prior shop experience are important. Qualified candidates will operate woodworking machinery, perform quality checks, and contribute to a safe, productive workspace.

Qualifications

• Experience operating woodworking machinery such as CNC routers, saws, edge banders, and dowel machines.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lb repeatedly in a shop environment.
• Reliable and punctual with good teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Cut, edge band, and dowel cabinet parts to high-quality standards.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure cabinets meet specifications.

You will also be maintaining the integrity of the equipment you use, making minor repairs to keep everything running, and maintaining a high level of safety in the workplace. The ideal candidate works well in a team and has previous experience in a shop environment.
