Job summary

SBA Home North Carolina, the first US facility of SBA Group, is hiring an Experienced Machine Operator to join a highly robotic and automated factory.

You will monitor and set up equipment, read calipers and metric measurements, and work across first, second, or third shifts with differential pay. Join a team that values safety, quality, and continuous improvement, with opportunities for growth and a supportive culture.

Are you reliable, hardworking, and interested in a hands-on career in furniture manufacturing? We're expanding our team in SBA Home and have immediate openings across multiple departments.

SBA Home North Carolina - The first production facility in the USA by SBA Group, a furniture manufacturer from EU member in Lithuania, with operations starting in late 2025. Over 250 talented professionals will work here and build their careers. It will be a highly robotic and automated factory with products reaching millions of homes in the US. Today we are looking for an Experienced Machine Operator who is reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

1st shift

6am - 2pm

2nd shift

2pm - 10pm, $1.00 shift differential.

3rd shift

10pm - 6am, Ramp up coming August - $2.00 shift differential

Who We're Looking For

Dependable people with a strong work ethic, good attendance, and willingness to learn. Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
