Schedule and Pay

12-hour shifts: 6am - 6pm or 6pm - 6am, with 4 days on and 4 days off. No rotating shifts.

Pay: $26.66/hr

Job Summary

The Machine Operator ensures the production of high-quality roofing materials through accurate, timely, and efficient manufacturing processes, including machine operation, quality verification, packaging, housekeeping, and forklift operation.

Essential Duties

1. Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain manufacturing equipment and forklifts safely.
2. Record and document data accurately.
3. Follow safety, operational, maintenance, and housekeeping policies.
4. Conduct product testing and inspections, alerting supervisors to any variations.
5. Perform additional plant operations duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Preferences

• Experience in manufacturing concepts and safety practices is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and willingness to contribute to continuous improvement.
• G.E.D. or diploma preferred but not required.

Physical Demands

Must be able to stand for long periods, climb ladders/stairs, lift up to 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally, push/pull objects, and wear safety equipment. Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship is required.
