Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Machine Operator role based at General Plastics, Inc. in Milwaukee, WI. The Machine Operator will set up, operate, and monitor plastic thermoforming and related production equipment to meet quality and output standards. Daily responsibilities include loading materials, adjusting machine settings, performing basic measurements and inspections, and documenting production activity. Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; prior manufacturing experience is beneficial but not always required.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt to new processes, and participate in training for continuous improvement.
