BD in North Carolina is hiring a Production Operator to operate and maintain production machinery for medical devices, ensuring quality and on-time production. You will perform in-process quality checks, load materials, document logs, and troubleshoot minor machine issues, while maintaining a clean, safe work area. The role requires reading blueprints and instructions, lifting up to 25 pounds, standing for long periods, and following GMP guidelines.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Familiarity with GMP and quality system regulations is a plus.

Job Description

Operates and maintains production machinery to manufacture medical devices and components, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules. This role is critical in the assembly and packaging of products that support patient care.
