Overview

We Pack Logistics is hiring a Machine Operator for our Maxton, NC location. If you have machine operating experience, this is your opportunity to grow with a fast-paced, forward-thinking team.

What You’ll Do

• Start the machine and observe operation to detect malfunctions
• Stop the machine and report malfunctions to the Line Leader
• Make minor adjustments or repairs, such as opening valves, changing dies, setting guides, or clearing damaged product containers
• Inspect packaged containers to ensure product is packaged according to specification and meets food safety and quality requirements
