EGGER Wood Products is seeking a reliable and skilled Production Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of our products. Your responsibilities will include setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery, as well as performing quality checks to ensure our products meet the highest standards.

Starting Pay: $21/hour

JOB FUNCTIONS: Job functions include but are not limited to the following.

  • Set up, operate, and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and output.
  • Troubleshoot and address any issues that may arise during the production process.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the production area.
  • Follow all Safety Rules and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE

  • Great at communicating and working as a team.
  • Problem solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications and ability to learn.
  • Experience with tools and machinery.

SCHEDULE DEMANDS

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods of time up to 12-hours.
  • Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.
  • Reading computer screen or other electronic devices.
  • Use of various office hand and electrical tools or equipment.
