Description:
The Coil Wire Form Operator position involves operating various coiling and wire-forming machines to produce high-quality products efficiently. This is a 2nd shift position, Monday through Friday, from 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience and a strong mechanical aptitude. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred. The role requires standing, walking, and using hands regularly, with occasional stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Coil Wire Form Operator Duties and Responsibilities
Operate coiling, wire form, and four-slide machines to manufacture precision parts.
Monitor machines for potential failures and report issues to set up personnel.
Perform required in-process quality checks and input production data electronically.
Follow detailed work instructions and customer blueprints to ensure product accuracy.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while handling and packing completed parts.
Adhere to all workmanship, quality, and safety standards in accordance with company policies.
Coil Wire Form Operator Qualifications and Requirements
Ability to read and follow written work instructions and technical blueprints.
Comfortable using electronic tablets for production data input and documentation.
Proficiency with inspection measuring and test equipment.
Strong multitasking skills in a high-speed production setting.
Capable of physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
