Luvata Appleton LLC is a Wisconsin-based manufacturer in the Fox River Valley seeking machine operators. You will operate and set up machinery, inspect products for quality, and keep accurate records. Expect to perform stringing and wire drawing tasks, with opportunities for training and advancement.

The role requires reliability, the ability to multitask, and basic computer skills. Overtime and weekend work may be needed; compensation includes benefits and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Pre-employment physical, drug and alcohol screening and background check.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays and swing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Machine operation and setup, including string up and drawing of wire.
• Quality inspection and record keeping for produced parts.
• Minor troubleshooting and material handling as needed.
• Overtime and swing shifts may be required per production schedule.

Hourly Wage

After Probation Period (90 working days) $32.50/hour based on position

During Probation Period, wage is reduced by 25% ($24.38)

Swing shift that allows a 5 day long weekend once every four weeks

Successful Machine Operator candidates will be primarily responsible for machine operation, set up, string up, drawing of wire, quality inspection of product, record keeping, minor trouble shooting, material handling and other duties as required.
