Advance Staffing Solutions (The Advance Group) in Inkster, MI, is seeking a Machine Operator for a growing automotive rack manufacturer. You will operate shear, plasma cutters, CNC band saws, drill presses, punch presses, CNC brakes, and forming machines to turn blueprints into parts. Overtime opportunities are abundant.

Starting pay is $20/hr, with room to grow based on experience. We offer benefits, 401(k), and a supportive team environment with weekly schedule from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, plus

• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Comfort using tape measures, calipers, and digital measuring devices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Operate shears, Plasma Cutting Machines, CNC band saws, drill presses, punch presses, CNC brake presses, and forming machinery per blueprints.
• Prepare materials for production and load/unload into machinery.
• Maintain production flow and ensure quality through careful handling.

What You'll Be Doing as a Machine Operator:

• Master the operation of shears, Plasma Cutting Machines, CNC band saws, drill presses, punch presses, CNC brake presses, and forming machinery to bring blueprints to life.
• Prepare materials for production.
• Handle the loading and unloading of materials into machinery.

What We're Looking for in Machine Operators:

• Proficiency with both hand and power tools.
• Comfort using tape measures, calipers, and digital measuring devices.
• The ability to interpret and work with blueprints.
• A knack for occasional lifting, up to 50 lbs.

Your Work Schedule as a Machine Operator:

Embrace the weekday grind from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm (Monday to Friday). Be ready to seize those exciting overtime opportunities on a daily basis, and with mandatory OT on Saturdays.

Machine Operators' Compensation:

Starting at $20hr, with potential for more based on experience.
