Job Summary:

A Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery to produce pieces or perform specific tasks according to established procedures and quality standards. The Machine Operator ensures the safe and efficient operation of equipment and troubleshoots issues as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and control machinery according to SOPs and production schedules.
• Set up machines before production, including loading materials, adjusting settings, and calibrating equipment.
• Monitor output for quality and consistency, perform inspections, and make adjustments to meet specifications.
• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents, report safety issues to supervisors.
• Maintain production records, machine settings, and activities; complete logs as required.
• Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and quality control personnel to ensure smooth production and resolve issues.
• Maximize machine productivity and minimize downtime through optimal settings and procedures.
• Comply with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Meet or exceed daily production goals.
