Position: Machine Operator

This is an onsite position at our Hooksett, NH location, reporting directly to the Plant Manager.

Job Summary:

The machine operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining industrial machinery to ensure high-quality product output while adhering to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include loading materials, adjusting machine settings, monitoring production, and reporting malfunctions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and adjust machinery according to specifications.
• Use measurement devices to ensure accuracy.
• Perform quality inspections during production.
• Utilize hand tools efficiently.
• Read and follow routing sheets for production requirements.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Cross-train on different machines and stations.
• Perform shipping and receiving duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Adherence to safety standards.
• Basic math skills.
• Reliable attendance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass physical, drug screening, and background check.
• Team-oriented and flexible.

Language Skills:

• Effective communication in English (verbal and written).
