Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is recruiting Machine Operators for a metal stamping manufacturer in the Holland, MI area. This role offers a training shift on first shift and a regular second shift with four 10-hour shifts and long weekends.

Responsibilities include running machines per standards, monitoring functions, quality control, safety, and part inspection. Prior manufacturing experience and basic tool familiarity are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing/machine operator experience required.
• Familiarity with mechanical equipment or manufacturing machinery.
• Able to lift up to 50lb, bend/twist/stand/kneel/reach throughout shift.
• Blueprint reading experience highly preferred.
• Hand tool experience highly preferred.

Job description

Machine Operator – 2nd Shift (Train on 1st) | $18.40/hr

Training Shift:Monday-Friday, 6:00am-4:30pm

Regular Shift:Monday-Thursday, 3:00pm-1:00am
Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts (long weekends!)

Key Responsibilities

• Run machines according to established production and quality standards

Associates may work in multiple areas including small press machines, large press machines, or wash line operations, ensuring equipment runs properly and production continues efficiently.
