MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES:

1. Work closely with the set-up lead to help set-up machines, including tooling
2. Operate the machines to run quality parts
3. Work with toolroom, production, engineering, & quality control toward solving technical problems
4. Verify adherence to quality specifications using calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.
5. Record data on production & quality control records
6. Perform P.M. procedures

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Knowledge of 5S
3. Strong math skills
4. Valid driver's license
5. Able to understand & read prints
6. Must be able to demonstrate/have a history of being mechanically skilled
7. Die setting experience recommended
8. Able to operate forklift and pallet jack
9. Min 3 years experience in machine operation, set-up, and adjustment of tooling
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
11. Able to stand, walk & bend most of the shift
12. Able to lift up to 50lbs
13. Some climbing, crawling, and kneeling
14. Compliance with all Safety, TS16949 & ISO9000 requirements

Benefits

This position pays $24.32/hr plus the chance to make an additional 8% weekly incentive & 2% attendance incentive each week bringing the pay to $26.75/hr.

This is a union position for our night shift - Monday thru Thursday 8:00 pm to 6:30 am with training on day shift (6 am to 4:30 pm).
