The Advance Group is currently seeking a 1stshift Machine Operator for a steel tube and bar facility located in Holland, OH. The ideal candidate will possess previous experience operating a variety of machines.

Responsibilities of the MachineOperator:

• Operate a variety of machinery
• Read a ruler, caliper, and perform mathematical calculations
• Bend and lift steel tubing repetitively and quickly
• Load and unload steel tubes on production lines
• Perform quality inspections

Compensation for the Machine Operator:

• $18/hr

Hours for the MachineOperator:

• Hours are Monday – Friday 6:30am-3pm
• Overtime on Saturdays if needed and during the week as early as 5am

Requirements of the MachineOperator:

• Must have prior machine operatingexperience
• Strong mechanical abilities
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds consistently
• Good attention to detail
• Comfortable standing all day and working in hot, loud environments
• Experience with micrometers and calipers is preferred
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and extensive background check
