Job summary

Century Furniture LLC is seeking a skilled machine operator to operate and set up a range of woodworking machines in an assigned area. The role requires adherence to safety policies and the ability to work in a noisy environment.

The position calls for prior machine operation experience and at least a high school diploma or GED, with physical capability to lift, push, pull and bend throughout an 8-hour shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous machine operation is preferred.
• Must be able to work in noisy environments.
• Frequent lifting/carrying up to 30 lbs.; up to 100 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Operates a variety of machines in assigned area(s).
• Sets up and operates machines including but not limited to bandsaw, profile shaper, rip saw, wide belt sander, and lathe.
• Must follow all safety policies and procedures.
