THK Manufacturing of America (TMA) is hiring Machine Operators to support our specialty machinery processes and help us continue delivering the precision products our customers count on. Shift 11p-7am
Set up, operate, and monitor specialized machinery including Die Cast, Resin, Deburring, and Trim Press machines.
Perform daily inspections and adjustments to ensure machines run safely and efficiently.
Load and unload materials manually or using pallet jacks, and carefully transport only non-defective products to the next stage.
Conduct visual and mechanical quality checks using measurement tools to confirm parts meet specifications.
Respond quickly to machine alarms and assist teammates across multiple lines as needed.
Perform machine changeovers, test runs, and regular maintenance tasks.
Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe to support smooth, efficient production.
Record production status, defects, and machine issues accurately; communicate shift handoffs clearly.
Assist in minor troubleshooting and escalate larger issues to supervisors.
May be asked to help train new team members or provide support on process documentation.
High School Diploma or GED required; vocational training or related experience preferred.
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability are strongly preferred.
Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs and engage in extended periods of physical activity.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask across machines and processes.
Team-oriented mindset and willingness to take initiative.
