ManpowerGroup is seeking a Machine Operator for a leading beverage producer in the Greer area. You will support the Manufacturing Department, monitor equipment, manage material flow, and perform basic maintenance tasks while following health, safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-speed production environment.
• Ability to read gauges, thermometers, and weight measurements.
• Basic mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Formal WHIMIS, HACCP, Hygiene training is a plus.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies, wear required PPE.
• Ensure compliance with food quality and safety standards.
• Read, understand, and follow production schedules; communicate deviations.
• Maintain production flow by monitoring machinery and supplying raw materials.
• Perform equipment changeovers and record data; assist sanitation and maintenance.

Our client, a leader in the beverage production industry, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

What's the Job?

• Adhere to all health and safety policies/procedures, including wearing required PPE in warehouse or production areas.
• Ensure compliance with food quality and safety standards as per corporate, customer, and governing body requirements.
• Read, understand, and follow production manufacturing schedules, communicating issues or deviations promptly.
• Maintain production flow by monitoring machinery, supplying raw materials, and performing minor servicing as needed.
• Perform equipment changeovers, record production and quality data accurately, and assist with sanitation and general maintenance tasks.

What's Needed?

• Experience in a high-speed production environment preferred.
• Ability to understand and interpret gauges, thermometers, and weight measurements.
• Basic mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Formal training in WHIMIS, HACCP, Hygiene, or related areas is a plus.
• Forklift certification may be required.
