Kelly in Greenville, TX is seeking a Machine Operator to join a premier manufacturing facility. You will operate and monitor production equipment, ensure quality, and adjust runs to meet goals. The role requires a High School Diploma (trade cert preferred) and 1–3 years of related experience, plus basic math and computer skills and strong problem-solving.

Pay rate is $19.00 per hour. This is a first-shift opportunity with opportunities to grow within the plant.

What’s a typical day as a Machine Operator? You’ll be:

• Operating and monitoring production equipment for quality, defects, jams, and stalls, ensuring smooth operations.
• Starting, stopping, and adjusting production runs as needed to meet production goals.
• Following run instructions provided by the Team Lead, Supervisor, or Engineer to maintain workflow efficiency.
