Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Web Press – Bundler to support the setup, operation, and maintenance of press equipment for printing materials. You will assist Press Operators and ensure proper registration, paper delivery, and secure pressures.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting misfeeds, jams, following safety guidelines, and collaborating with team members. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; some overtime may be needed due to production demands.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing 30-75 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn new computer applications, automated systems, and related technologies.
• Work both independently and with a team, following job tickets and safety guidelines.

• Adjust feeder guides, grippers and pile height for proper paper delivery.
• Correct malfunctions such as misfeeds, misregisters, and paper jams.
• Pack plates and blankets when needed to secure pressures.
• Follow instructions on job tickets and safety guidelines.
• Take directions from Lead or Supervisor; work beyond standard hours when required.
