Job summary

The Swan Food Company is hiring for a full-time production role in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment in Fullerton, CA. Starting pay is $21.00 per hour on the 1st shift, with opportunities for advancement.

You will set up equipment, monitor line speeds and quality checks, and handle required HACCP paperwork using SAP and SOPs. Benefits include a comprehensive package with multiple health plans, dental and vision options, and a 401k with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 0–1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable with physical labor in a fast-paced production environment.
• Be able to stand and walk on concrete floors for long periods; flexible with overtime and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and pre-running equipment to ensure proper production startup.
• Controlling line speeds, batch formula, production rates, starting and stopping equipment, and overall product appearance and safety.
• Completing various quality checks.
• Completing all required paperwork (downtime, HACCP, etc.), utilizing SAP, SOPs, Safety operation, training, as appropriate.
