Responsibilities

• Set up and operate coating, slitting, metalizing, or sheeting machines.
• Load rolls of paper onto machines.
• Adjust machines within established tolerance levels.
• Monitor and adjust equipment as needed.
• Operate overhead hoists and dollies to move materials.
• Follow production schedules, work orders, and specifications to meet output and quality targets.
• Monitor product quality throughout the process.
• Check that control devices function properly and monitor equipment condition.
• Conduct product tests to verify specifications.
• Identify malfunctions or issues and report to supervisor.
• Participate in problem analysis and troubleshooting.
• Clean machines and work areas according to specs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

**Pay Rate: **(Day Shift $22/hr.) or (Night Shift $23/hr. + $1.25 shift differential)

**Location:**Franklin, MA 02038

**Duration: **Direct Hire

**Shift: **24-7 facility shifts include (7am-7pm) or (7pm-7am)

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate coating, slitting, metalizing, or sheeting machines.
• Load rolls of paper onto the machines.
• Set up machines within established tolerance levels.
• Monitor and make all necessary machine adjustments.
• Operate overhead hoists, trucks, and dollies to transport materials.
• Work from production schedules, work orders, specification sheets, checklists, and verbal instructions to meet required production quantities and quality standards.
• Monitor product quality throughout the process.
• Monitor equipment condition and ensure all process control devices are properly functioning.
• Conduct product tests to confirm compliance with established specifications.
• Identify malfunctions, process problems, and unusual conditions, and report them to the Supervisor.
• Actively participate in analysis and troubleshooting to resolve problems.
• Clean machines and work areas according to established specifications.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, supported.
• Ability to use judgment to plan and perform set-ups and operations within standard procedures.
• Proficient in reading and understanding English.
• Ability to read and comprehend safety policies and basic product/process documentation.
• Proficient in basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, decimals, fractions, and simple use of formulas and reference materials.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Experience with 5S workplace organization preferred.
