Job summary

Custom Fabricating & Supplies is a trusted manufacturer of industrial masking and protection products. We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator with at least one year of manufacturing or machine operation experience to join our production team.

This position is responsible for operating die-cutting equipment, performing job setups, maintaining product quality, and helping ensure efficient production flow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of machine operation in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience performing machine setups, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, job tickets, and production instructions.
• Experience using measuring and inspection tools, including calipers and tape measures.

Responsibilities

• Operate die-cutting machines and related equipment to produce parts that meet customer specifications and quality standards.
