NTN Bearing of America in Indiana operates a 24/7 auto parts manufacturing plant, performing CNC machine work for CV joints and hubs. This role involves loading/unloading, operating multiple machines, and ensuring quality and safety standards.
You will read and follow written work instructions, perform measurements with micrometers and calipers, and complete production documentation using JD Edwards. Strong mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills are important, along with the ability to work

Machine Operations - Verify quality dimensions, load/unload production lines, use measurement tools, 100% manual inspection of parts, change/adjust production tooling, completion of production documentation & proper use of JD Edwards . Additional Duties - Daily preventative maintenance, remove and dispose of chips/shavings, replenish fluids/lubricants, and 5S cleaning responsibilities. Requires the operation of multiple machines at one time. Ensures compliance with safety rules, quality guidelines, and production efficiency standards.
