  • Maintains and cleans machines before and after each shift
  • Keeps activity logs up to date
  • May participate in cross-training with related positions
  • Supports continuous improvement efforts within the company's quality system
  • Notifies supervisor of problems or non-conforming product
  • Supports and implements environmental policies relevant to work activities
  • Performs other duties as assigned within scope

Job DescriptionEssential Responsibilities
  • Works from specific verbal and/or written instructions and standard work instructions
  • Makes routine adjustments/set ups of equipment for limited and readily definable and measurable variables such as length, temperature, or process speed.
  • Loads raw material into the machine, completes minor changeovers, monitors machine operations, and inspects completed parts to ensure that job specifications are maintained.
  • Maintain and clean machines before and after each shift.
  • Maintain activity logs
  • May participate in cross-training activities with other related positions
  • Supports and participates in the Company’s management and quality system including continuous improvement efforts
  • Notifies group leader or supervisor of any problems or non-conforming product
  • Supports and implements the Environmental policy as it pertains to work activities
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the activities enumerated above.
