This is a temp role with an opportunity to be hired on permanently!
Day Shift: 6:15am-6:45pm on a rotating schedule.
Night Shift: 6:15pm-6:45am on a rotating schedule. Training is Monday-Friday
Pay: $23.00 per hour
- $500 Retention Bonus (paid after 6 months)
- $500 Retention Bonus (paid after 1 year)
What’s a typical day as a Machine Operator? You’ll be:
• Setting up and calibration of production equipment.
• Operating machinery and ensuring proper mixing.
• Utilizing attention to detail.
• Working in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborating with the team to meet daily production goals.
