Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a mechanically inclined Machine Operator / Fabrication Technician to join our manufacturing team building industrial printing equipment for envelope and commercial printing applications.

This hands-on role involves operating press brakes and other fabrication equipment, finishing components with grinders and hand tools, loading parts through an oven, and inspecting quality. You will move between machines and maintain a safe, organized shop.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or machine operation experience.
• Experience in metal fabrication.
• CNC or manual machining experience is a plus.
• Forklift or overhead crane experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate press brakes and other metal fabrication equipment.
• Load, unload, and monitor parts through an industrial oven.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy.
• Move between different machines and production areas as needed.
• Perform material handling and general shop duties.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

We are looking for a mechanically inclined Machine Operator / Fabrication Technician to join a manufacturing team that builds industrial printing equipment used for envelope and commercial printing applications.This is a hands-on manufacturing position involving multiple areas of the shop rather than operating one machine all day. The ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing, fabrication, machine operation, or metalworking and is comfortable learning different equipment and processes.Responsibilities:Operate press brakes and other metal fabrication equipmentUse grinders and hand/power tools to finish and prepare componentsLoad, unload, and monitor parts through an industrial ovenAssist with fabrication and assembly of industrial printing machineryRead work instructions, measurements, and production specificationsInspect finished parts for quality and accuracyMove between different machines and production areas as neededPerform material handling and general shop dutiesMaintain a clean and safe work areaWork with the production team to complete custom equipment and meet deadlinesPreferred Experience:Manufacturing or machine operation experiencePress brake experience is a plusGrinding, deburring, or metal finishing experienceMetal fabrication experienceCNC or manual machining experience is a plusForklift or overhead crane experience is a plusComfortable using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipmentMechanically inclined and willing to learn multiple processes
