Job summary

Surge in Eclectic, Alabama is hiring dependable Machine Operators and Line Operators to join our manufacturing team on the night shift. You will operate and monitor production machinery, assist with set-up, and help ensure products meet quality standards on a fast-paced line.

Starting pay is $15.00 per hour with a $1.00 night shift differential, and the schedule runs 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM. Candidates should have manufacturing or production experience, strong attendance, and the ability to follow

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or line operation experience is preferred.
• Ability to work a 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM night shift.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
