Job summary

A premier HVAC company in Dyersburg is seeking a Machine Operator to operate specialized equipment ensuring safe and efficient production. The role requires a strong background in sheet metal operations and at least 5 years of experience in an industrial setting. Candidates must be at least 18, possess a high school diploma or GED, and ideally have technical certification. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate fin press, expander press, and hairpin tubing press.
• Set up and operate automatic or semiautomatic machines.
• Monitor meters, gauges, and related controls to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Report malfunctions and make minor adjustments to equipment.

Sets up and operates automatic or semiautomatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation. Monitors meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and related controls and guidelines to ensure adherence to production/process specifications. Reports any malfunctions or abnormalities and makes minor adjustments and repairs to equipment.
