Job summary

Trillium Staffing is seeking a skilled Machine Operator / Cold Forming Operator for the Danboro, PA area. Starting on 2nd shift with training on 1st shift, you will operate cold forming equipment, read blueprints, and participate in SPC documentation.

The role offers a $26.48/hr pay rate, a 3:30 PM–12:00 AM schedule with a 10% shift differential and overtime options, plus a robust benefits package and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math, reading, and computer skills.
• Familiarity with or ability to learn precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, comparators, gages).
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate at least one cold forming production machine under supervision.
• Follow setup sheets, drawings, manuals, tool charts, and specs using micrometers and hand tools.
• Monitor automatic operation of cold forming equipment for smooth production.
• Inspect and gauge parts to verify dimensions and profiles per drawings.
• Make machine adjustments, troubleshoot, and replace tools as training progresses.
• Complete required paperwork, production reports, and SPC charts.
• Detect and report parts outside tight tolerances.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and keep area clean.
• Collaborate with operators across shifts to pass along vital production notes.
• Strictly follow safety regulations and standards.

Pay rate is $26.48/hr. Schedule isMonday – Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (Includes a 10% shift differential + overtime options). Note: Will train on 1st shift until fully up to speed (training period can take up to 6 months).

Responsibilities:
