Job summary

Qualifications

Must be proficient at reading and interpreting work orders, blueprints, and technical drawings.
Experience with CAD/Drafting software for reviewing, modifying, or creating fabrication drawings is preferred.
Must be proficient in laser operations, including laser cutting setup, operation, and quality verification.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor Robot Welder, Automatic Handsaw, Ring Roller, and Laser & Waterjet Equipment.
Maintain a strong focus on quality control and accuracy.
Perform minor machine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
Keep fabrication areas organized, clean, and safe.
Communicate fabrication concerns and production issues to supervisors.
Work overtime as needed.

Job Duties & Qualifications

Must be proficient at reading and interpreting work orders, blueprints, and technical drawings.
Experience with CAD/Drafting software for reviewing, modifying, or creating fabrication drawings is preferred.
Must be proficient in laser operations, including laser cutting setup, operation, and quality verification.
Experience with nesting programming for laser and waterjet equipment.
Must be proficient with shear operations.
Candidates with Press Brake experience will be given priority.
Operate and monitor:
- Robot Welder
- Automatic Handsaw
- Ring Roller
- Laser & Waterjet Equipment
Maintain a strong focus on quality control and accuracy.
Perform minor machine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
Ensure work is completed in accordance with company quality standards and procedures.
Keep fabrication areas organized, clean, and safe.
Communicate fabrication concerns and production issues to supervisors.
Work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and procedures.
Work overtime as needed.
Must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of the position.
