Hood Container Corporation is seeking a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift in Covington, KY. The role involves operating corrugated manufacturing equipment, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity on a Mon–Thu schedule with overtime potential on Fridays.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of equipment experience, understand maintenance and troubleshooting, and can contribute to a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Competitive pay and benefits accompany training opportunities.

• Ensure quality: Inspect and monitor production runs to meet quality standards.
• Drive efficiency: Maximize machine uptime and productivity.
• Continuous improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to reduce downtime.

Immediate Openings on 2nd Shift (3:30 pm - 1:00 am) Mon - Thurs, with OT on Fri.

What You'll Do:

• Safety first: Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Master our corrugator or converting equipment: Set up and operate either Corrugated Equipment, Rotary Die Cutter, or Flexo Folder Gluers in the production of corrugated boxes.
• Ensure quality: Inspect and monitor production runs, ensuring products meet the highest quality standards.
• Drive efficiency: Maximize machine uptime and productivity.
• Continuous improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
